Our client is a leading healthcare provider focused on caring for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  They are one of our most valued customers for whom we developed an entire data warehouse and associated tools. Our collaboration centered around data integration and data warehousing.

Business Need

Client operated with several third-party tools to assist their operations but the key issue they faced is a lack of connectivity between the data from each tool and difficulty to organize their data. They approached HeveaHill Technologies with the need for data centralization. Moreover, they ideally wanted the data from their medical technologies to have better integration with their data warehouse.

Solution

We worked with them to figure out the ideal solution and built them a data warehouse. We built them web-based solutions to track all their custom applications and synchronize the data from them in the data warehouse. We centralized all the data flow to a singular point as they wanted and worked with them to build them custom applications as their requirements. The major technologies used includes and not limited to Power BI and MS SQL server

Follow-up

We continue to work with them till date to build them custom applications and maintain them and the data warehouse. The custom applications we built for them include a contract management system, client info system, contract info system, and several tracking systems. A notable tracking system we built for them is the covid tracking system that helped them operate during the most challenging times in recent years.
